Brescia, October 2nd, 2019 – The Prior of Lombardy Mons. Arnaldo Morandi, Mr. Maurizio Mirandola, Mr. Damiano Zamboni, Mr. Luciano Mazzola, Mr. Claudio Gaole and Mr. Riccardo Monacci were received by the Commander of the Penitentiary Police – Chief Commissar Letizia Tognali- and delivered an industrial dishwasher, ceramic dishes, cutlery, new chairs, paint containers for walls, televisions, as well as 18 packages containing various materials to clean the rooms. Commander Tognali thanked the Constantinian Order for its contribution on behalf of the institution.

Brescia – Rovato September 19th, 2019 – Mr. Nicola Salvi and Mr. Stefano Villotta, by mandate of the Vice Delegate of Lombardy and the Prior of Lombardy, handed over to the owner of the Valdigrano pasta company, Dr. Giuseppe Pagani, the Medal of Merit of the Constantinian Order. The occasion was propitious to personally thank dr. Pagani for the precious and always concrete collaboration of these years.

September 14th, 2019 – this year the Feast of the Exaltation of the Holy Cross was celebrated with two ceremonies, in the morning in Milan and in the afternoon in Brescia.

In Milan the Holy Mass, presided by H.E. Msgr. Francesco Brugnaro, Archbishop Emeritus of Camerino, took place at the Basilica of San Giorgio al Palazzo. The Vice Delegate of Lombardy as well as several Knights and Dames attended.

Msgr. Pierantonio Bodini presided the ceremony at the parish of San Gottardo in Brescia, while Prior Mons. Morandi gave the homily. After the celebrations, there was a moment of coexistence whose profits were delivered to the local Caritas.

Brescia, September 11th, 2019 – Mr. Daniele Gavezzoli, on request of the Vice Delegate of Lombardy Dr. Giuseppe Rizzani and the Prior Mons. Arnaldo Morandi, gave the Executive Director of the company Maniva spa, Dr. Michele Foglio, the diploma of Merit of the Constantinian Order. On this occasion, the Knight illustrated the objectives that the Order has set itself, both spiritually and in charitable activities, receiving the support of society.

Brescia, September 9th, 2019 – In the light of the collaboration between the Constantinian Order and the Italian Red Cross, Mr. Daniele Gavezzoli, promoter of the initiative together with Mr. Maurizio Mirandola, Secretary of the Representation of Brescia, delivered to the local Red Cross of Brescia twelve pallets of natural water bottles, generously placed and made available by the company Maniva spa.

Brescia, August 10th, 2019 – The collaboration between the Order and the diocesan Caritas continues. The secretary of the Brescia representation, Mr. Maurizio Mirandola, with Mr. Bartolomeo Bonafede and the decorated Pietro Santacroce and Giuseppe Scolaro, proceeded to the acquisition and the delivery of food that will cover the needs of many needy families of the parish of Brescia-San Polo.

As part of the XXVI Regional First Aid Contest of the Italian Red Cross, Bishop Arnaldo Morandi attended the ceremony and presented the greetings of Msgr. Pierpaolo Villa.

In his speech, Bishop Morandi recalled the protocol of collaboration between the Order and the Red Cross, highlighting the factual initiatives taken with the Brescia committee, led by Dr. Carolina David.

It is also on this occasion that the Constantinian Order, thanks to Mr. Daniele Gavezzoli’s initiative, provided many bottles of water for all participants. The presence of many young people was particularly significant and was emphasized by the Prior.

On June 29th, feast of the Sacred Heart, the Prior of Lombardy, Mgr Arnaldo Morandi, celebrated a Mass for the Constantinian Order at the Basilica of San Giorgio al Palazzo, in Milan. In addition to Msgr. Gianni Zappa, the Vice Delegate, the representative of Milan, the representative of Monza Brianza, the representative of Lecco and the Secretary of Delegation were also present. The celebration was followed by a convivial dinner during which the third volume of “Cucinare al fresco”, a solidarity project of the delegation for Lombard prisons, was presented.

As part of the project “La Fame del Vicino”, Mrs. Maria Clara Bollini, representative for the city of Vigevano, accompanied by Mr. Vincenzo Bonifacio and Mr. Nicola Impagnatiello, decided to support many people who visit Caritas (located at San Francesco church) daily because of their situation. In fact, many products have been delivered.

Brescia, May 15th, 2019 – Salvi Nicola, Daniele Gavezzoli, Fabio Iapichino, Pietro Santacroce, Claudio Gaole, Giuseppe Scolaro and Marco Morzenti proceeded to acquire and deliver food that will meet the needs of several families in need in Brescia.
Stefano Villotta and Bartolomeo Bonafede have been active in the search for some of the products mentioned above.
