Brescia, May 7th, 2019 – On the occasion of the 25th anniversary of the genocide in Rwanda, the Provincial Section of the Italian Red Cross in Brescia, together with the president, Dr. Carolina David, extended the invitation to the projection of the film ” Rwanda – the film “to the Sacred Military Constantinian Order of Saint George with which a fruitful collaboration has been launched some time ago. Mr. Daniele Gavezzoli represented the Order, under Msgr. Morandi’s mandate.
At the end of the film, five of the forty-one Rwandans adopted in Brescia in 1994 talked about their personal histories.

On the occasion of Easter, the Knights of the Pavia Representation donated to the Voghera Resurrection parish a wooden altar and tabernacle decorated with marble and gold of the eighteenth century.

Cellatica, April 27th, 2019 – Some Knights took part in the Mass for the patronal feast. For some time, the Brescia representation has collaborated with the parish of Cellatica for the “Caritas” project.
The mayor and the city council attended the ceremony as well as representatives of various associations.

San Giorgio in Villa Pedergnano – Erbusco (BS), April 28th, 2019 – In collaboration with the Caritas of the parish, a group of Knights took part in the Mass for the Patronal Feast, officiated by Bishop Giambattista Francesconi. The mayor and other local authorities were also present.

Brescia, April 17th, 2019 – As part of the collaboration between the Knights of Brescia and the local penitentiary district, Mr. Maurizio Mirandola, with Mrs. Katia Chiari, Mr. Mosè Bonvicini and Mr. Benedetto Magro delivered 100 chairs and 8 tables, as well as 5 boxes of electrical equipment and paints. The material was donated by the Tanghetti e Chiari Foundation.

Brescia, April 12th 2019 – Mr. Paolo Tarallo and Mr. Pietro Santacroce have acquired and delivered foodstuffs including about 1.000 food packages for the needs of many people assisted by the Dioceasan Caritas.

Brescia, April 1st, 2019 – A group of Knights and Dames attended a pre-Easter ceremony at the parish San Gottardo, presided over by H.E. Msgr. Carlo Mazza. Some Knights of Ecclesiastical Grace and the Prior of the delegation, Bishop Arnaldo Morandi attended as well. Bishop Mazza, during his homily, reminded everyone of the noble ideals that inspired the life and work of Blessed Charles of Austria, who found in faith the strength and inspiration to set an example to others. The meeting ended with a moment of fraternity, during which the bishop congratulated himself for the charitable activities of the representation of Brescia.

Brescia, April 30th, 2019 – As part of the collaboration between the Constantinian Order and the Diocesan Caritas of Brescia, Mr. Bartolomeo Bonafede, with Mr. Giuseppe Scolaro and Mr. Fabio Iapichino, delivered to Father Sergio Contessi many products at the parish of San Silvestro in Folzano (Brescia). The donation will help families and the elderly in difficulty who are assisted by the Caritas.

Brescia, March 23rd, 2019 – On the occasion of the third week of Lent, Francesco Spada and Daniele Gavezzoli delivered about 300 kg of fresh fruit and vegetables, offered by the managers of the Brescia market, to Caritas San Vincenzo de Paoli in Cellatica. The new parish priest, Mons. Claudio Paganini, asked for the continuity of the collaboration with the Constantinian Order, inviting the Knights to the next patron festivities.

Brescia, March 14th, 2019 – A group of Knights of the delegation, along with some decorated, acquired 14 hospital beds and 10 chairs that, through the Tanghetti e Chiari Foundation, will be used to help the elderly people.

The representative of Pavia, Mr. Vittorio Barella, accompanied by Mr. Cristiano Cherubini, Mr. Tullio Facchera and Mr.Salvatore Malvaso were invited by the representative of Alessandria and Asti, Mrs. Simona Delfino and participated in the solemn ceremony held at the Cathedral of Tortona on February 7th 2019, on the occasion of the celebrations for Patron San Marziano. HE. Msgr. Vittorio Viola, Bishop of Tortona, after officiating, during the reception wished to thank all Knights of the representation of Pavia for their presence.

Bergamo, February 26th 2019– Mrs. Veronica Grillo, assisted by some Knights and volunteers, delivered many food products to the local canteen guided by the Capuchin Priests. Father Riccardo Corti, who is the Head of the structure, underlined the importance of the existing collaboration between the delegation and the canteen and also thanked the delegation.
