Poggio a Caiano (PO), December 9th, 2019 – A group of knights of the Tuscan delegation, guided by the knight Dino Greco, handed over to the priest Don Cristiano D’Angelo of the parish of San Francesco a Bonistallo, on behalf of the delegation , food packages which will be distributed to needy families of the community.
Florence, December 5th, 2019 – Mr. Costantino Calcabrina, on behalf of the Tuscan delegation, gave Father Daniele Centorbi and Father Fulvio Capitani of the San Jacopo Church in Polverosa some basic foodstuffs for the needy of the community. The donation is part of the Briciole di Salute solidarity project.
Carrara, December 8th, 2019 – Some Knights of the delegation participated in the Holy Rosary together with the prayer group of Saint Pio of Pietrelcina at the Church of Our Lady of Mount Carmel. At the end of the ceremony, a bust of Saint Pio was discovered.
Prato, November 22nd, 2019 – Father Rodolfo Rossi, Vice Prior of the delegation, assisted by Knights Dino Greco and Giacomo Perrina, and the President of the non-profit organization “Regalami un Sorriso”, Piero Giacomelli, donated to Commissioner of Prato Dott. Alessio Cesareo, a defibrillator to be used for the community. This donation is part of the project “Città Cardio Protette”.
Livorno, November 30th, 2019 – The Knights of the Tuscan delegation donated to Fr. Valerio Barbieri, Sant’Agostino parish of Livorno, basic foodstuffs for poor families, as part of the project “Briciole di salute”.
Portoferraio (LI), November 7th, 2019 – The representative of the island of Elba, Mr. Andrea Terreni, on behalf of the delegation of Tuscany, donated staple foods to St Giuseppe Vecchio Preschool. The project “Briciole di Salute” keeps on helping children from three to six years old.
Poggio a Caiano, November 2nd, 2019 – The representative for the city of Patro, Mr. Dino Greco, in collaboration with the Knights Antonio Vignali and Giacomo Perrina, assisted by aspiring knights and volunteers, has carried out a collection of foodstuffs. The collected food will be distributed to families in need in the province of Prato.
Lucca, October 25th 2019 – The Vice Delegate of Tuscany, assisted by Mrs Rosalba Valentini and Mrs Ornella Gaspari, donated on behalf of the Tuscan Delegation to the President of the Anti-Violence Center of the Luna Onlus Association, Ms Daniela Elena Caselli, new fabrics of different types that will be used in their sewing school. This donation is part of the “Albarosa” project for women and children who have been victims of violence.
Prato, October 12th, 2019 – the Tuscan delegation, headed by the Vice Delegate, the Vice Prior and the representative of the Province of Prato, delivered to the Provincial Commander of the Police, Colonel Marco Grandini, a new automatic defibrillator, which will be used at the Carabinieri station in Jolo for the benefit of the entire community. The donation was made in collaboration with the non-profit organization “Regalami un sorriso”, administered by Piero Giacomelli.
Colognora di Pescaglia (LU), September 28th, 2019 – The Vice Delegate of Tuscany, accompanied by some Knights and Dame of the delegation, donated to the director of the Museo del Castagno, Mr. Angelo Frati, a defibrillator of last generation, which will be installed outside the museum and be available for residents of the city and for tourists. At the end of the donation, Father Rodolfo Rossi, Vice Prior of the Delegation, blessed the medical device.
Montecarlo (Lucca), September 25th, 2019 – Mr. Antonio Vignali and Mr. Marco Meucci, on behalf of the Delegation of Tuscany, delivered Mr. Andrea Simoncini, head of the family house “Della Pace”, basic food and toys. The donation is part of the solidarity project “Briciole di Salute”.
Pisa, September 19th, 2019 – The Knights of the Tuscan Delegation, on behalf of the Delegation itself, donated basic food to the pastor of the Carmine Church, Father Augusto Tollon, that will be distributed to the needy families of the parish community.
