Vittorio Francesco Viola, Bishop of Tortona.\u00a0The meeting was attended by the Representative for Alessandria and Asti, Dott. Alessandro Medici, Knight of Merit with Star, the Representative for Pavia, Dott. Cesare Talpini, Knight Commander of Merit with Star and many Dames and Knights of the Order.\u00a0His Most Reverend Eminence Msgr.
