HRH Prince Charles of Bourbon Two Sicilies<\/strong> had both institutional and charitable meetings during his stay in Palermo.<\/p>\n

After meeting Sicily\u2019s President, On.Sebastiano Musumeci, HRH Prince Charles of Bourbon Two Sicilies, Duke of Castro, Head of the Royal House of Bourbon and Grand Master of the Constantinian Order, launched Briciole di Salute<\/strong> project, which helps and supports Missione Speranza e Carit\u00e0<\/strong> by Father Biagio Conte<\/strong>, whose goal is to react against poverty in Palermo.<\/strong><\/p>\n

An important service for the most fragile citizens has been introduced<\/strong> thanks to this initiative and to the volunteers and Sacred Military Constantinian Order of Saint George\u2019s effort, providing economic and material suppor<\/strong>t, products for children, food and logistic support as well.<\/p>\n

HRH Duke of Castro was very touched and affirmed: \u201cI am very happy to meet all these people who daily make lots of efforts to help the others who are in desperate conditions. Being able to help them providing a great support is not enough, we should show solidarity and much more. Father Biagio Conte<\/strong> is creating a place where people can be warmly welcomed, located in an area which hosts lots of migrants and needy people\u201d.<\/p>\n

A joyful moment wa shared with the Sisters of Charity<\/strong> and with the families who are daily helped by the project \u201cBriciole di Salute\u201d.<\/p>\n

The inauguration of \u201cLargo Cavalieri costantiniani\u201d with Borbonic Arms dated 1771 and restaurered at Duomo in Monreale<\/strong> was a very touching moment. The medal with the Real Order of Saint Janarius, donated by the Tuscan delegation, was inserted.\u00a0Then the investiture ceremony took place in the presence of His Eminence Msgr. Michele Pennisi.\u00a0Lots of local authorities and the Eparch Giorgio Demetrio Gallaro were present.<\/p>\n

On Sunday 8th, HRH the Duke of Castro with HRH Princess Beatrice, Grand Prefect<\/strong> of the Constantinian Order, visited\u00a0the Botanical Garden<\/strong>. HRH Princess Camilla of Bourbon Two Sicilies, Duchess of Castro<\/strong>,\u00a0donated an important artwork, a Golden Cactus<\/strong> by Orenzo Galery<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

The last stage of this long trip will be Rome<\/strong>, where a lot of charity events, which are part of \u201cBriciole di Salute\u201d, have been scheduled.<\/p>\n
