It was presided over by the Prior of the Delegation\u00a0 who also read the important message addressed\u00a0to all Knights and Dames by the Grand Prior, HE Cardinal Renato Raffaele Martino. On this occasion, the diploma as <em>Knight Commander of Merit with star<\/em> was given to HE the Prefect of Piacenza, Mr. Maurizio Falco by the Delegate, Mr. Corrado Sforza Fogliani, assisted by the\u00a0Vice Delegate, Mr. Franco Marenghi.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-29338\" src=\"https:\/\/svil.constantinianorder.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/09\/marenghi1-300x225.jpg\" alt=\"marenghi1\" width=\"300\" height=\"225\" \/><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-29529\" src=\"https:\/\/svil.constantinianorder.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/09\/MODENA-225x300.jpg\" alt=\"MODENA\" width=\"225\" height=\"300\" \/><\/p>\n<p>On September 14th the solemn celebration of the Holy Mass for the Feast of the Exaltation of the Holy Cross took place in Modena at the <em>Basilica Abbazia di San Pietro<\/em>.
