Brussels, Sunday 3 December 2017 – Pontifical Mass for the Belgian Delegation was celebrated by His Eminence Cardinal Adrianus Simonis, in the Eglise Saint Jacques sur Coudenberg, place Royale 1. The ceremony was followed by a lunch with our members and their families. The Delegate H.S.H. the Prince and Duke Charles Louis d’Arenberg received all present, assisted by Vice Delegate, Consul-General Gunnar Riebs.

 CAs previously announced a solemn ceremony celebrating the investiture of new Knights and Dames was held in Calabria, on October 28. This is the first such ceremony to take place in the region in over 100 years.
The event was held in the Cathedral of Gerace (Reggio Calabria) in the presence of the Grand Prefect, H.R.H. Princess Beatrice of Bourbon Two Sicilies, and numerus other dignitaries of the Order, including H.E. Baron Francesco Sanseverino di Marcellinara, Member of the Royal Deputation, Marquis Giorgio Mirti della Valle, President of the Royal Heraldic Commission and numerous knights and dames who arrived from throughout the nation. |
| Present at the ceremony were the Delegate from the Order of Malta, Baron Arturo Nesci di Sant’Agata, a large contingent of Red Cross Volunteer nurses, representatives from the Carabinieri Corps and the Italian Navy, in addition to Mayors from various Calabrian cities and many high ranking regional authorities. The day began with the conferral by H.R.H. Princess Beatrice of Bourbon of the gold medal of merit of the Constantinian Order to the flag of the Royal Philharmonic Academy” of Gerace, directed by Mr. Giacomo Oliva.  |
| SAt the conclusion of the procession of knights toward the Cathedral of Santa Maria Assunta a solemn ceremony of investiture was held welcoming to the Order two Dames and twenty-five Knights, including two members of the clergy. The solemn ceremony was officiated by H.E. the Archbishop Emeritus of Reggio Calabria, Mons. Vittorio Luigi Mondello, Ecclesiastical Knight Grand Cross of Grace and Prior of the Calabria Delegation. During the Eucharistic celebration a message from the Grand Prior, H.M.R.E. Cardinal Renato Raffaele Martino, was read welcoming the new knights and dames to the Order.   |
 After the ceremony a donation was made to needy families of the parish and the territory and, in the presence of H.R.H. the Grand Prefect, the Crumbs of Health Program was officially inaugurated in Calabria. This charitable program has been active for several years in Sicily and provides for the systematic donation to different dioceses of goods for infants 0 to 3 years of age.
On this occasion Delegate Giampietro Sanseverino dei Baroni di Marcellinara informed all present that the dates for future donations to needy families of the parish and the territory have been scheduled for Reggio Calabria, Marano Marchesato (Cosenza) Palizzi (Reggio Calabria) and Vibo Valentia. |
The Crumbs of Health Program once again confirms its validity through a number of additional donations for children ages 0 to 3 years living in the region of Tuscany.
A group of knights and dames of the Tuscany Delegation made two separate donations during the month of October, one to a religious community in Foino della Chiana (Arezzo) on October 28 and a second one to the diocese of Viareggio on October 30.
On Friday, October 27, the Sicily Delegation offered its monthly Crumbs of Health donation to the Community of the Madonna della Tenda di Cristo, in Acireale (Catania). The Grand Prefect, H.R.H. Princess Beatrice of Bourbon Two Sicilies was present for the occasion.
The group of participants donated numerous food products to the sisters who operate the center as well as a large quantity of new items of clothing for adults. The clothing was donated by Mr. He Janxing, Mr. Ren Gael and Mr. Jiang Yimin of Paris thanks to the intercession of H.R.H. the Grand Prefect.
An information session hosted by the Triveneto Delegation was held in Verona on Saturday, October 21, in the halls of Palazzo Miniscalchi Frizzo, site of the Club al Teatro. The title of the conference was “The Constantinian Order in the Italian Legal System” and was chaired by H.E. Alberto Lembo, Grand Inquisitor, and by Don Arnaldo Morandi, Secretary General of the Office of the Grand Prior. Vice Delegate Lucio Pasqualetto acted as moderator.
The two speakers discussed the history and mission of the Order, viewed as part of everyday life, within the Italian and international legal system. They stressed the importance of a vocation to help others, the preservation of Faith and exaltation of the Holy Cross. (more…)
Avenza (Massa), October 16, 2017. Following their donation of a defibrillator in the month of September, Knights of the Tuscany Delegation returned to the city of Avenza to donate essential food items to Don Marino Novalesi of the Church of St. Peter the Apostle. The food will be distributed to needy families of the area.

Monaco – The investiture ceremony of new Constantinian Knights and Dames of the Monaco Delegation was held in the Cathedral of Monaco on Tuesday, October 10, 2017. The Monaco Delegation was recognized as an Association in 1999 by H.R.H. Prince Rainier III of Monaco.

Don Alberto Giardino, priest of the Church of the Sacred Heart in Trapani, and master of ceremonies for the Bishop, accompanied by Knights Antonino Patti and Camillo Carpinteri, distributed goods for infants in the halls annexed to the Church. The donation is part of the program Crumbs of Health for the month of October. Following a meeting between the Vice Delegate and the Bishop of Trapani, H.E. Mons Fragnelli, the Sicily Delegation has been distributing products since July as part of the Crumbs of Health program. (more…)
